CXI Reach includes detailed reporting for all campaigns.
Types of Reports
| Report Name | Description |

| Brand Agent ( Live & Historic) | Provides an overview of all outbound communications sent across all campaigns (SMS & WhatsApp). |
| Feedback Report (Live & Historic) | Captures customer responses or replies. (Available for WhatsApp campaigns only.) |
| CXI Report (Live) | A real-time dashboard showing ongoing SMS and WhatsApp message activity, delivery status, and progress. |
Note:
The Feedback Report captures customer responses only within a 15-day window from the time the message was sent.
If a customer replies within 15 days, the response will appear in the report.
Replies received after 15 days will not be included in the Feedback Report.
