What is the capacity / load Ozonetel can handle?

Ozonetel efficiently managed high call volumes by horizontally and vertically scaling our infrastructure. If you are using self-owned trunks, the capacity is determined by your trunk capacity, and we will build accordingly. However, if you use trunks from Ozonetel, you can easily increase and decrease capacity.

Ozonetel can provide any capacity as needed by you . We have handled large banks with concurrent capacities of 30000 channels for one customer and it is scalable in a modular fashion. If you are in a PSTN market like India, we might need some lead time to coordinate with the carriers and connect additional trunks but from a system point of view we can scale to any limit needed.
