Agent Login Report
Admins can access the Agent Login Report, where the Dashboard pulls the Agent Login/Logout data from the database. The report shows all agent activities for the day, including the login and logout events, in the report column.
Here’s a list of possible events and their details:

| logoffByAdmin | When the admin logs out an agent from the dashboard |
| changeMode | When the agent's mode changes |
| reconnect | When the agent clicks on the Refresh button from the toolbar. |
