Can we add the office landline number to the phone numbers?

You can add landline numbers to your account, which will be valid. However, if these are ISD numbers that require international calling, they must be in E164 format (e.g., +914045xxxxxxx or +148065xxxxx).

For landline numbers in India, you can add them with a "0" prefix, STD code, and the landline number. If you're dialing a local landline, you can provide the 7 or 8-digit number as the phone number for agents.

Please note that whichever format you use, agents must log in with the exact format for the phone number to be recognized.
