- Have a better visibility on the number of offline agents added into the system? Review the ‘Phone Number Creation Limit’ option under Settings & via API as well.
- Need control on the number of sub-admins accessing the system? Review the ‘Sub User Creation Limit’ option under Settings
- Callback Timezone on the disposition window will be defaulted to ‘Asia/Calcutta’ for India customers & to user timezone for US customers
- We’ve cleaned up some dust in the cloud. Everything seems to be settled now.
