Outbound SMS & WhatsApp

Agents can seamlessly send outbound SMS and WhatsApp messages to customers directly from the toolbar. Ensure the following agent settings are configured in your account, the rest of the configuration is handled by Ozonetel.

1. Send Sms: Should be enabled.
2. sms url: Make sure the sms url is configured.
3. Allow whatsapp oubound: Should be enabled.
4. WhatsApp URL: Make sure the WhatsApp URL is configured.
