Audit Log
In the Audit Log Report, you can view all changes made to your campaigns, settings (including both admin and agent settings), and sub-user activities. Any changes such as Create, Update, or Delete will be captured in the log, with the following details provided:
- Username: The account username that made the change
- Sub Username: The name of the sub-user who made the change, if applicable
- Module: The name of the module where the change occurred
- Name: The specific event name (e.g., campaign, setting name, or sub-username)
Note
Please be aware that campaign data upload events are not tracked in the audit log.
- Action: The type of change (Create, Update, Delete)
- Date & Time: When the change was made
- IP Address: The IP address from which the change was made
- Description: Clicking this will open a pop-up displaying all details of the change, making it easier to identify specific modifications.
