Audit Log
The Audit Log Report provides a detailed trail of all key changes made across your CloudAgent account. It captures user activity for campaign configurations, settings (admin and agent), and sub-user operations, offering complete visibility for compliance and accountability.
What You Can Track
The audit log captures actions such as Create, Update, and Delete events across different modules. Each entry includes:
- Username: The account username that made the change.
- Sub Username: The name of the sub-user who made the change, if applicable.
- Module: The name of the module where the change occurred.
- Name: The specific event name (e.g., campaign, setting name, or sub-username).
Note
Campaign data upload events are not tracked in the audit log.
- Action: The type of change (Create, Update, Delete).
- Date & Time: Timestamp of when the change occurred.
- IP Address: The originating IP address from which the action was performed.
- Description: A clickable field that opens a detailed pop-up view showing exactly what was changed.
