What is the process to activate DND (Do Not Disturb) calling for a campaign?

To enable DND (Do Not Disturb) calling for a campaign, the required documentation needs to be approved by the sales team, and the client needs to sign the indemnity form. Upon approval, the delivery team can enable the DND feature upon request.

However, please note that due to new TRAI regulations, DND data is no longer provided to vendors and we do not have access to up-to-date DND data. If you wish to dial the DND number, please inform your relationship manager or sales team in advance, and we will put you on carrier trunks that allow it.

In addition, all the liability for any DND complaints will be the responsibility of the business and not of Ozonetel.
