This report provides detailed insights into your outbound WhatsApp communications. To access a comprehensive overview of all outbound WhatsApp conversations with customers, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your admin account.
2. Navigate to the "Reports" section.
3. Select "Live."
4. Choose the "WhatsApp Outbound Report."
