Agent Break Details

The Agent Break Details displays an agent's break pattern, such as if they are taking too many breaks or exceeding the approved break duration.

The report is useful for supervisors and administrators to periodically review agent break times and evaluate their performance.

The report can be easily obtained by clicking the download tab as shown below.
