It supports dynamic templates, personalized messaging, scheduling, and detailed delivery tracking, making it ideal for:

CXI Reach gives admins full control over message templates, sender configurations, campaign scheduling, and customer list management.

CXI Reach Workflow
The overall flow for sending outbound communication:
- Create / upload templates (Access at Cloudagent Admin login -> Admin -> Configurations -> BA Templates)
- Configure senders (Access at Cloudagent Admin login -> Admin -> Configurations -> BA Senders)
- Create a campaign, SMS or WhatsApp (Access at CXI Reach)
- Upload customer numbers (simple or bulk)
- Schedule and launch the campaign
- Track insights via reports
