CXI Reach is Ozonetel’s outbound messaging engine that enables businesses to send SMS and WhatsApp messages at scale.

It supports dynamic templates, personalized messaging, scheduling, and detailed delivery tracking, making it ideal for:

CXI Reach gives admins full control over message templates, sender configurations, campaign scheduling, and customer list management.

CXI Reach Workflow

The overall flow for sending outbound communication:

  1. Create / upload templates (Access at Cloudagent Admin login -> Admin -> Configurations -> BA Templates)
  2. Configure senders (Access at Cloudagent Admin login -> Admin -> Configurations -> BA Senders)
  3. Create a campaign, SMS or WhatsApp (Access at CXI Reach)
  4. Upload customer numbers (simple or bulk)
  5. Schedule and launch the campaign
  6. Track insights via reports
