How to find the count of dispositions in Cloud Agent?

Live report:

• The count of dispositions can be found in Live Dashboard. Follow the following instructions to get the report
• Log in to the CA admin portal
• Click on the Dashboard tab.
• Search for Top Disposition and in that widget, you will find the count and the comments given by the agents as shown below.

Historical report:

The count of dispositions can be found in the agent dispositions report. Follow the following instructions to get the report.

• Log in to the CA admin portal
• Click on the reports tab on the left-hand side and click on the Historic tab to click on Agent Disposition as shown below.
