How to find my agents who have logged in and what mode they are in?

Follow the following instructions to view the agents who have logged and the state or mode they are in.

• Login to CA Admin portal
• Click on the dashboard and either create a new dashboard or in an existing dashboard search for Agent List widget which will show current status of agents in real time.
