How to find a missed call in the Live dashboard?
In the live dashboard missed call data is abandoned calls, follow the following instructions
Login to CA dashboard portal
- Click on the Dashboard tab
- Search for Call Status in the search bar
- On the Call Status widget find the Abandoned Calls to see the missed call details as shown below.

An alternate way is to look in the CDR ( Call Detail Record ) and filter for status " Not Answered " calls with Call Type as " Inbound "
