How to barge in a live call of an agent?
To barge in on a live call of an agent, there are multiple dashboards , follow the following instructions.
- Log in to the CA admin portal
- Click on the dashboard tab
- Search for Agent List in the search bar to find the barge-in option as shown below.

Once you Click, you get the option to switch between Snoop/Listen mode , Whisper/Train mode which only your agent can hear & Bargein Mode where you can speak to the customer and agent in a 3 party audio.
