Indeed, it is possible to listen to call recordings and download them by clicking on the designated download link within the Call Detail Report (CDR). The CDR offers comprehensive information about each call, such as the date, time, duration, and outcome of the call. Additionally, it provides a convenient link to download the call recording. It's important to note that the CloudAgent retains these recordings for a duration of 30 days..
Follow the following instructions to pull the CDR report and download call recordings.
- Log in to the CA admin portal
- Click on the Call Details Report in the Historic tab in the Reports Tab as shown below.
