Can the supervisor see the call where the customer hung up in IVR in what particular skill?
Yes the customers who disconnected in IVR are recorded in IVR hangup call report, last checkpoint in the report helps the supervisor to understand at what stage the customer hungup the call. Follow the following instructions to pull this report.
- Log in to the admin portal
- Click on the Reports tab and click on IVR Hangup Details under the Live tab as shown below.

The Last Checkpoint parameter shows where the customer has hung up the call in IVR as shown below.
