  • Holiday Management in Dialers
    • Customers can now be able to add holiday list and associate them with multiple campaigns so that dialer will NOT dial calls on holidays. To know on how to configure the holidays for campaign refer Here.
  • Re-Dial a Call
    • If any call gets disconnected because of various reasons, agents can now make a call back to the same customer from the toolbar.
