  • Sub User Creation
    • You as an admin can now create Sub-Users in Cx Hub. Refer to the below articles to understand the configuration.
  • SSO Standardization
    • SSO (Single Sign On) can be enables for your account from the Cx-HUB admin portal. To know about the Configuration process refer Here.
  • Call Controller Settings
    • Admin now have the configurations to customize the call controller options displayed on the calling toolbar. You can choose to enable or disable features such as Mute, Hold, Transfer, Answer, Decline, EndCal. To know about the Configuration, refer Here.
  • Dedicated Skills for Skill Transfers
    • This feature allows you to designate specific skills solely for use during skill transfers initiated from the agent toolbar. When agents initiate a skill transfer, they will only be able to select from the skills pre-configured in the "Transfer Skill" field within the Campaign Configuration settings.
