Hey, my annual subscription to Microsoft Office is about to expire, and I’m shocked by how much prices have gone up on the official website. I didn’t think about it before, but now the price for the family plan seems too high. How are you dealing with this issue right now?
API to fetch customer response & checkpoint details shown in UI (Detailed View)
I am trying to fetch customer response / checkpoint details shown in the UI Detailed View via API.
I have used Fetch CDR Details and Fetch CDR By Pagination, but these do not return the Response column or Checkpoint data.
Could you please confirm which API provides this data, or if it is not exposed via CDR APIs?
