Getting 404 from a VM in Azure

When we are trying to access API domain “https://in1-ccaas-api.ozonetel.com/CAServices/AgentManualDial.php” from the VM in Azure, we are getting 403 forbidden error.

The issue is very specific from Azure. It does not happen from anywhere else.

Can you please validate if there are any blocks from your end, since from Azure by default OUTBOUND everything is allowed.
