- Continuous Barge-in
- Admins and sub-admins can monitor the same agent for multiple conversations unless the admin closes the barge-in window manually. To know on how this feature works refer, Here.
- API to fetch Campaign Dial Status
- Customers can use this API to fetch the dial status data for a campaign. To access this API refer, to Campaign Dial Status.
- Note that this API doesn't work with multiple campaigns at a time.
- Allows 10 requests per minute.
Improvements
- Legacy Switch In Historic CDR
- This is for customers who have transitioned to the new CloudAgent platform (https://in-ccaas.ozonetel.com/) OR (https://cloudagent.ozonetel.com/login). If you need to retrieve your old data, enable the Legacy button and generate the data as needed.
- Port Utilization Report
- The enhanced Port Utilization report displays the total number of ports assigned to the account, on the top menu bar. This improvement is available in both live and historical reports.
