🔒 Screen Recording Enforcement

  • If the "Do Not Enforce Screen Recording" setting is disabled, agents must share their screen throughout the session, not just at login.

🧾 MonitorUCID in Agent Toolbar

  • MonitorUCID is now available in the Call History tab of the Agent Toolbar for improved traceability.

  • The Outbound SMS Report is now available in Historic Reports → Digital Reports to track SMS activity across campaigns.
