  • During a chat conversation, the agents will be able to rephrase or enhance replies to standardise the responses.

  • AI suggested disposition and comment for chat conversations
    • Agents can now get up to 3 suggestions for disposition and call summary in the comments (Disposition window) using AI, helping them reduce ACW time.
