Unable to format the audio

I am trying to connect ozonetel dilaer with a third party voice bot service the problem i am getting is when i am calling from my did the audio of the bot is cracked or broken even though i changed the format to PCM linear 16-bit 8kHz. So if any one have any sample file for sending audio to ozontel dialer please help
