I landed on this whole thing by pure chance. Was browsing around late at night, half asleep, and saw someone mention it in another forum. Curiosity won, so I gave it a shot with an old picture I had lying around. I expected some silly, glitchy output that looked like a bad Photoshop job, but the result was way beyond what I thought was possible. The detail freaked me out a little, like it actually looked natural in a way I wasn’t ready for. I sat there thinking “okay, this is both hilarious and kind of scary.” At first it felt like just messing around for fun, but the more I tried, the more I realized how powerful it really is.
