- Applicable only in inbound interactions as quick canned responses.
- All existing WebChat templates are migrated to Saved Replies (Type = WebChat) automatically.
- Key difference:
- Templates are meant for approved outbound messages.
- Saved Replies are for quick agent shortcuts and do not require validation.
