    • Can be used for outbound messages and in inbound interactions.
  • Saved Replies:
    • Now available for SMS, WhatsApp, and WebChat.
    • Applicable only in inbound interactions as quick canned responses.
    • All existing WebChat templates are migrated to Saved Replies (Type = WebChat) automatically.
  • Key difference:
    • Templates are meant for approved outbound messages.
    • Saved Replies are for quick agent shortcuts and do not require validation.
