Better attachment handling on agent toolbar chat conversations UI

• Files exchanged between the agent and the customer during live chat conversations will now be shown as:

  • File name: fileName File is ready for download/preview.

Agent Toolbar Chat Conversation - Message Box Resizable

• Allowing more controls on UI, the message box can now be resized.

Agent Toolbar Chat Conversation - Attachment + Text support

• Agent toolbar now supports attachment preview and text at once
• While sending the message, both the attachment & text are sent separately
• Only 1 attachment can be added to one message
