🌟 Improvements

New UI for Call on Chat

• Previously while agent is handling a chat and incoming call is triggered, it used to block the chat by covering as a popup

• Now, popup is removed and calling actions - Answer or Decline will show on top of chat, which does not block the current chats and provides seamless experience

  Agent Bulk Actions - Async operation

  • Agent Status update (Lock, Active, Deactivate, Unlock) now supports all agents
  • Each bulk action takes 15 min to complete
  • Status of each action available in Configuration → Bulk Update Configurations page

Available Campaign API now has additional parameters

• Retry & Advanced Retry related parameters are added
