Handling Time in Live CDR
- Handling Time is now added in both Detailed and Default views of Live CDR.
📞 Live Calls – Status Filters
- Customer Status and Agent Status filters are now available in Live Calls view.
🧾 Agent List – Enhanced Filtering
- Mode and State filters added to the Agent List widget.
📊 Top Disposition Widget
- Now shows % along with count for Dispositions in the table view.
📱 Caller ID (E164) Format in CDR
- Caller numbers in Live & Historic CDR will now be shown in E164 format (+91) for consistency.
📝 Warm Transfer – Resizable Comments Box
- The Comments box shown during Warm Transfer on the Agent Toolbar is now resizable, allowing agents to better manage longer notes or summaries.
